Eligibility Criteria :-
Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) :
- Master Degree from a recognized University with atleast 50% marks in aggregate in Relevant Subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent degree from recognized University.
- Proficiency in  teaching in Hindi and English mediums.
Scientific Supervisor (Ergonomics and Training) :
- Second Class Master’s Degree in Psychology or Physiology.
- Two years’ experience in Administration of Psychological Tests of Mental abilities and Personality. OR
- Two years’ research in Work Psychology. OR
- Two years’ experience in Developing Training Module or Conducting Training Programme.
Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) :
- Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary education (by whatever name known). OR
- Atleast 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and B.Ed. OR
- Graduation with atleast 45% marks and one-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition norms and procedure) regulations issued from time to time in this regard. OR
- 12th (+2 Stage) (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary education (B.El.Ed). OR
- 12th (+2 Stage) (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 4 year B.A. / B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed. OR
- Graduation (in History) with atleast 50% marks and one year B.Ed (Special Education). OR
- Post-Graduation with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three years integrated B.Ed-M.Ed.
- Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) to be conducted by the appropriate government in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. Provided that minimum percentage of marks in graduation shall not be applicable to those incumbents who had already taken admission to the Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education or equivalent course prior to the 09th December 2013.
- Competency in teaching in Hindi and English medium.
Trained Graduate Teachers / Computer Science :
- Atleast 50% marks in aggregate in any of the following :
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Application (B.C.A.) from a recognized University. OR
- Graduation in Computer  Science from a recognized University (Provided that the computer science subject must be studied in all years as main subject). OR
- BE/B.Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology) from a recognized University. OR
- Graduation in any subject and ‘A’ level course from DOEACC, Ministry of Information & Communication and Technology, Govt. of India.
Chief Law Assistant :
- A University Degree in Law with 3 years standing practice as a Pleader at Bar.
- Serving Railway employees who are Law Graduates are also eligible to apply for these posts, provided they have served for atleast 5 years in any Branch of the Railway Administration.
- Vacancies earmarked for Direct Recruitment should also be available to the Railway Magistrates who are desirous of applying for such posts and who also fulfill the prescribed qualification for the direct recruits.
Public Prosecutor :
- Graduate with Bachelor degree in Law from recognized University and with five year standing as an advocate at Bar.
Physical Training Instructor (English Medium) :
- Graduate with Bachelors in Physical Education (B. P. Ed) or its equivalent.
- Competency in imparting Physical Education in English medium.
Scientific Assistant / Training :
- Second Class Master’s Degree in Psychology.
- One-year experience in Administration of Psychological tests.
Junior Translator (Hindi) :
- Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at Degree level. OR
- Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi or English medium and English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at Degree level. OR
- Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subjects of either of the two as medium of examination and other as a compulsory or elective subject at Degree level.
- Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English andvice – versa or 2-years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government offices, including Government of India Undertaking.
Senior Publicity Inspector :
- Degree from recognized University and Diploma in Public Relations / Advertising / Journalism / Mass Communication from a recognized institution / University.
Staff and Welfare Inspector :
Graduation plus any one of the following qualifications:
- Diploma in Labour / Social Welfare.
- Diploma in Labour Laws.
- LLB with papers in Labour Laws.
- PG Diploma in Personnel Management.
- MBA with papers in Personnel Management awarded by an Institution of the Govt. of India.
- MBA/HR awarded by an institution recognized by the Govt. of India.
- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management provided that its curriculum includes relevant papers in Personnel Management awarded by an institution recognized by the Govt of India.
Librarian :
- Bachelor of Library Science (4 years course). OR
- Graduation with professional qualification of Diploma in Librarianship.
Music Teacher (Female) :
- B.A. Degree with Music, as one of the subject from a recognized University. OR
- 12th (+2 Stage) or its equivalent examination with any one of the following:
- Sangeet Visharad Examination of the Gandharava Mahavidyalaya Mandal, Bombay.
- Sangeet Vid Examination of the Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwa Vidhyala, Khairabad (M.P.).
- The Sangeet Prabhakar Examination of the Prayag Sangeet Samiti (Academy of Music) Allahabad.
- Sangeet Visharad Examination of Bhatkhande Sangeet Vidhyapeeth, Lucknow (previously, Morris College of Hindustani Music Lucknow).
- Final Examination of the Madhva Sangeet MahavidyaIaya, Laishkar.Gwalior.
- The Final Examination of Shankar Gandharya Vidyalaya, Gwalior.
- Sangeet Ratan Diploma Awarded by the Director, Department of  Education, M.P.
Primary Railway Teacher (PRT) :
- 12th (+2 Stage) (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR

- 12th (+2 Stage) or its equivalent examination with atleast 45% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations 2002. OR
- 12th (+2 Stage) or its equivalent examination with atleast 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)Â OR
- 12th (+2 Stage) or its equivalent examination with atleast 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR
- Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
