Age Limit :-
Stenographer Grade ‘C’:
- 18 to 30 years as on 01/08/2025, i.e., candidates born not before 02/08/1995 and not later than 01/08/2007 are eligible to apply.
- All the Age Relaxation rules are applicable as per Govt. of India.
Stenographer Grade ‘D’:
- 18 to 27 years as on 01/08/2025, i.e., Candidates born not before 02/08/1998 and not later than 01/08/2007 are eligible to apply.
- All the Age Relaxation rules are applicable as per Govt. of India.
Eligibility Criteria :-
- Candidates should have completed 12th standard or equivalent examination from any recognized Board or University by the Govt. of India.
- All candidates who are declared qualified in the Computer Based Examination (CBT) and the Skill Test will be required to produce all the relevant Certificates in original such as Marks Sheets, Provisional Certificates etc. for completion of 12th standard or equivalent examination as proof of having acquired the minimum educational qualification on or before the cut-off date.
Selection Process :-
- There will be three separate Computer Based Examinations consisting of Objective Type Multiple Choice questions, for the posts with minimum Educational Qualification of Matriculation, Higher Secondary and Graduation & above levels.
- Total Exam Duration : 60 Minutes (80 minutes for candidates eligible for scribes)
- There will be negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.
- Skill Tests like Typing/ Data Entry/ Computer Proficiency Test, etc., where prescribed in the Essential Qualification, will be conducted, which will be of a qualifying nature.
