- General Manager :- (i) CA/ CMA/MBA (Finance) or First Class Engineering Degree (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Transportation) (ii) 19 years of experience
- Chief General Manager :- (i) CA/ CMA/MBA (Finance) or PG Degree/PG Diploma (Personnel management / Human Resource Management) or MBA (HR) or PG Diploma HR / IR / MSW / MA (Social Work with HR/IR / Personnel Management) or First Class Engineering Degree (ii) 21 years of experience
- Management Trainee (Mechanical) :- First Class Mechanical Engineering Degree
