Eligibility Criteria :-
Educational Qualification :
- Local Bank Officer (LBO) :Â Candidate should possess a Graduate degree in any discipline from a University or Institution recognized or approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies. The candidate must possess a valid mark sheet or degree certificate confirming graduate status on the date of online registration and must enter the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation.
Experience, Local Language and Application Requirements :
- Post-Qualification Experience :Â Candidate must possess a minimum of one year of post-qualification work experience in Clerical or Officer Cadre in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. The experience must be counted after completion of Graduation and must be available as on 09/08/2026.
- Local-Language Requirement :Â Candidate must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking the mandatory local language of the state for which the application is submitted. Candidates who have not studied that language as a subject in Class 10 or Class 12 will be required to qualify the Local Language Proficiency Test.
- Application Restriction :Â A candidate may apply for a vacancy in only one state. Applying for more than one state is not permitted.

Selection Process :-
- Stage 1 – Online Written Test
- Stage 2 – Screening of Application and Documents
- Stage 3 – Local Language Proficiency Test, wherever applicable
- Stage 4 – Personal Interview
The Online Written Test consists of Reasoning and Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis and Interpretation, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and General/Economy/Banking Awareness. One-fourth of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
