Eligibility Criteria :-
- Candidate should have completed 3-years Full Time Regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering and Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 60% marks for UR/ OBC / EWS and 50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
Selection Process :-
Computer Based Test (CBT) :
- Two parts : General Aptitude and Technical Knowledge.
- General Aptitude includes English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
- Technical Knowledge will be specific to the discipline.
Group Task / Group Discussion and Skill Test :
- Candidates qualifying in the CBT will be shortlisted for the next stages.
Personal Interview :
- Final selection will be based on performance in the CBT, group activities, and the interview.
Pre-Employment Medical Examination :
- Candidates will need to meet HPCL’s medical standards.
